Capillary Tube Mats Introduction

Background:

High demands are nowadays placed on the heating technology of modern buildings. The objective is to significantly reduce energy consumption without restricting convenience and the operating safety of the system to benefit the environment and the wallet of the operator. This objective can be achieved only through an efficient use of resources, in particular environmental energy. This requires technology which makes do with significantly lower heating water temperatures. The sinolanc capillary tube system meets these requirements better than any other thermal emission system.


Introduction:

The Sinolanc Capillary Tube Mat System is an innovative technology designed to replace conventional radiator heating and air conditioning systems. Made from high-quality polypropylene, the system comprises small plastic tubes with an external diameter of only 4.3 mm, connected to two larger collection pipes with a diameter of 20 mm.

This system operates by circulating hot or cold water through the Sinolanc capillary tube mats, facilitating heat exchange with the surrounding air primarily through radiation. The system allows for the quick dissipation of cooling loads or rapid heating. Thanks to the extensive surface area of the capillary tubes, significant amounts of energy can be transferred with minimal temperature differences between the active room surface and the ambient air.

Due to its flexibility, the Sinolanc capillary tube system can be installed on ceilings, walls, and floors, underneath decorative surface materials.

 

Working Principle:

Capillary tube mat is already realized its own set of distribution structure in stage of product manufacturing. Sinolanc capillary tube mat is consist of inlet,return water main tube and many capillary branch tubes. It was achieved technology breakthrough which one piece of main tube directly connected with other branch tubes through the side at the same time.

Projects Installation:

The sinolanc capillary tube mats can be installed in the ground, wall and ceiling as heating and cooling system, and can be embedded in the soil or installed in the tunnel as the energy collection device. In addition, it can also be made into a refrigeration module (gravity cabinet) to replace the traditional constant temperature system.

For cooling purposes, sinolanc capillary tube mats are preferentially installed either in or on the ceilings.

They can be integrated into walls of various designs and used as wall heating and wall cooling.

Underfloor heating systems with sinolanc capillary tube mats can be used for temperature control in all buildings. They are either integrated into an existing screed or laid directly on an existing floor as a thin-layer underfloor heating system and enable gentle temperature control of floor surfaces.
